Max is the jack-of-all-trades of the FTT crew! When he is not working back of house, servings guests, helping out in the kitchen when needed, or binging on his new favorite Netflix show, you can find Max climbing Bishop’s Peak or practicing piano and guitar in preparation for getting his music degree. At seventeen, he began his journey in the food industry at a sea food restaurant as a busser and worked his way up to line cook. Being driven by a consistent desire to improve himself, Max left the restaurant to focus on his education and soon after found himself at Field to Table. Having the opportunity to travel to different venues, learning new skills, and meeting so many new and funny people are just a few of his favorite things about working with our crew!
