Jillian joined our team as an intern from Cal Poly and instantly fit in with the Field to Table family. She has since moved up to an Events Manager position where she embraces the workload and all the details that go into planning and executing flawless events. She continues to learn the collaboration between the office responsibilities of client proposals and planning, to on-site event management and presentation. Jillian loves the people, food and energy that come along with Field to Table. She thoroughly enjoys having a job that allows her to engage creatively and learn about the event industry. Jillian is a recent graduate from Cal Poly with a degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration, with a concentration in Event Planning. She draws upon her prior experience in the restaurant and floral industry, adding personal touches, style and organization to every FTT event. Jillian grew up on her family farm giving her a unique appreciation and connection to our farm to table roots.
Favorite Dining Experience:
“On Christmas Eve, my family has a fondue feast. We have all different proteins, produce, and starches to dip in melty gouda cheese or cooked in broth. Then strawberries, pound cake, and whatever else we can find to dip in chocolate for dessert! It's all about having the family together around the table.”
