As our Events Manager, Vanessa is an integral team member making sure events run smoothly. From checking and double checking that we have everything needed for an event, to directing staff and cleaning up when everything is through, Vanessa does it all! For the past 10 years she has been working in the industry growing in knowledge and experience, both here on the Central Coast as well as out of state. Vanessa thrives in the hospitality and catering industries as she fills her heart’s desire to be creative, serve others and to be a part of everything the Central Coast wedding and event scene has to offer. Personally, when it comes to her cooking style, home décor and life, her favorite concepts are elevating natural, rustic and simple things to be perfectly imperfect. When she’s not at work she’s running around with her three kiddos. On top of all of that, she cooks a mean chicken marsala and mushroom mascarpone cream sauce pasta!
