For Juan, it's all about family. He started off working in his family’s bakery at a young age and has grown from there! He and Tracy have worked together for years. Juan takes pride in being a part of our clients' most important days. He loves doing what he does and is always boosting the morale of the rest of our staff! On his days off he loves to get out of town, visiting friends and family and taking time to relax! Juan has perfected smoked gouda mac n’ cheese. Period. However, when it comes to his favorite items to cook, he sticks with salmon, mashed potatoes and vegetables. Juan is such a key player on the Field to Table team!
