With almost ten years in the industry under her belt, Tana is the perfect addition to the Field to Table team! Her career began by managing large public spaces such as Union Square in San Francisco, but soon took a position with Paula LeDuc Fine Catering managing their exclusive venues and working with their account executive sales team. In 2013 she was offered a job at Foley Family Wines as a Senior Events Manager and it was just too good to turn down. At Foley, she loved learning about wine pairings and gaining amazing event planning experience, but she is excited to be back in the fast paced world of catering with Field to Table! The comradery amongst the Field to Table crew along with the everything she is learning in her new position are just a few of Tana’s favorite things about FTT. When she is not working, you can find Tana hanging out with her two-year old daughter Peyton, or enjoying her husbands amazing cooking (we hear he makes a mean batch of white cheddar mashed potatoes)!
