Field to Table Catering & Events is looking for a passionate and reliable Part-Time Catering Chef in SLO or SB County to help create unforgettable dining experiences for our clients. This role is physically demanding and takes place in various locations, but it’s also fun, rewarding, and filled with opportunities to showcase high-end, customized cuisine.

  • Culinary Experience – Prior back-of-house experience is required

  • Professionalism – Maintain a clean, polished appearance and follow our uniform standards

  • Saturday Availability – Our busiest day, typically with 2-4 events

  • Commitment to Excellence – Passion for crafting high-end, custom menus for weddings & events

  • Team Player Mentality – Willing to help wherever needed to ensure flawless service

  • Strong Communication Skills – Friendly and professional with guests & team members

  • Adaptability – Able to work in various venues and peak event season (April – November)
