L&T @ Santa barbara historical museum
When we first worked with this couple, they provided us with details that helped understand what sort of food they wanted. We dug a little deeper to get a better grasp on what sort of experience they wanted.
And they delivered.
The two opened up about their ideas of a multi-course plated meal with wine pairings being the reception’s “main event” since they weren’t big dancers.
By combining their love of Mediterranean & Italian cuisines and working closely with the couple to pair the right flavors to the right wines— we curated a 4-course plated dinner that captured the essence of their favorite meals and reflected the intimate atmosphere they desired for their reception.
